      I applied through university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Pearson

      Interview

      A written test and an interview by the line manager, followed by an interview with the HR. The main hurdle is the written test, of course. Your selection will also depend on the experience you have. Obviously, an experienced editor is expected to perform better in a written test.
