Very intense and you have to go out in the field on your own and sell their product before you are hired. It's called a campus project. You are given an assigned school, you select a discipline to work in and you call on the instructor's on your own by looking at their schedule before hand and sending emails in hopes they will participate in the project seeing as though you are a new hire.

Firstly, a Zoom interview with two team members. This was then followed by a roleplay task where you talked with a "student" (performed by a team member) on the phone, trying to convince them to stay on and not drop out of study,

Solid process with clearly defined and executed steps. Met with key people and had great conversations with all of them. Overall, it was a great interview process. I would be happy to interview with them at any time.
