An initial phone interview was done with a lead Producer to gauge if I was ok with taking a position that was a step down from previous positions. On the actual in-person interview, I was interviewed by the same Producer plus the QA Lead and was asked fairly straightforward questions about previous experience, etc. A simple test to gauge my ability to write up basic test plan scenarios followed the standard interview questions.
