The process was not so long, first, it was a phone screen, after that, call with the hiring manager, and after that onsite(3 hours, 4 rounds for 45 minutes with every interviewer)

Question 1
1 round: test exercises for feature testing.
2 round: questions about work in team, conflicts etc
3 round: round with the future lead, also exercises for feature testing and questions about agile, work in the team, my experience.
4 round: question about tools, that I used, my flexibility in work, and all of this.

1. In-depth QA testing questions
2. QA Assessment - Ex. They will give scenario and you suppose to write ex. defect, test cases etc..
3. This round will scenario based. You will get lots of scenario and situation based questions.

Question was about type of testing and how and when you have performed.
1. Recruiter phone call. 2. Hiring Manager phone call. 3. In-person interview. Everyone was very nice. There were 5 people on the interviewing panel. I had to write code on the board.
