I met with one of the recruiters at a conference, and then completed the aptitude test which was actually not as easy as I assumed. A couple of weeks later I got invited to complete a phone interview for an hour .

Interview
The interview process was professional enough to really get to know the candidate. It is not the usual interview process unlike local companies here in the Philippines; Questions were situational and behavioral.

Interview
1. Online application acceptance: Submitted my application on the company portal.
2. Invite for online aptitude test: Got an invite to take the online aptitude test that lasted for a good 90 minutes.
3. Telephonic interview: An hour long interview on call.
