The recruitment process starts with an Online Assessment form. The next step is the Reasoning Test which includes questions on general skills. If you pass the test, you are interviewed by an executive from CBD. The interviewer asks questions to assess whether you have appropriate skills listed as "Core Competencies" in P&G's website. If you pass this interview you are invited for the second interview. I waited for almost 1 month until I received the invitiationfor the second interview. The second interview questions are usually harder than the first one, two Professionals; one from HR Department , one from CBD ask you questions to assess your skills such as leadership, problem-solving and flexibility. They are not satisfied with general "I'm a super flexible, problem solver and an awesome person" type of answers. They want you to give specific examples in an organized manner which include the context you were in, the action you took and the outcome of your action. I was informed that I was rejected one week after my second interview. However, I don't regret going through this though application process since I had a chance to get to know Professional P&G Culture better.
