Got a phone call to set up an interview a few weeks after applying through the online program. Went in for an interview. They asked predominantly behavioural based questions.

Question 1
Explain a time where you analyzed data and provided a solution from that data.
Very standard for the business level. Only thing that throws a lot of people off is the test/assessment. TAKE YOUR TIME. So many people don't take it seriously but if you fail, you can't apply for another P&G job for a full year. Also, there is an interview style that they prefer to go by. The interviewer will describe this style to you. Make sure you follow it.
