First online application where you put in your CV and cover letter. Then you are invited to do their online assessment. This involves their PEAK performance assessment and Interactive assessments. Their website provides exact information on the type of tests that you will see. Still waiting for the next steps.

Algumas perguntas fora de contexto, como “qual seu filme preferido?”, bastante dificultoso, diversos estagios de entrevista, alguns entrevistadores claramente não queria estar ali. Em resumo, precisa de muita perseverança mesmo.
Quite a lengthy process, very many questions and required structure of responses, STAR method. Interview took over an hour over and above the previous two rounds of aptitude tests.
In the end it didn't proceed as they mentioned that there no longer a business need for the position, which I found indicative of disorganisation.
