      Application

I applied through university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Procter & Gamble in May 2008

      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Procter & Gamble

      Interview

Was very exciting, they make sure you are aware of what is happening in the application process. I never felt out of the loop and that was very helpful for me.

      Interview

As with most large companies, there is an initial screening process when you go up to somebody in the career fair. I got past it by name dropping a previous top intern. After a quick phone interview, I got to go onsite to the factory I would be working at.

      Question 1

Name a situation where you have been challenged and how did you handled it
