Interview
First they ask you to answer an online test. If you pass, you are asked to answer a written test in person in the nearest P&G facility. If you pass through this filter, a phone interview is scheduled after three weeks. 2 weeks after the phone interview, you are notified if you continue in the process.
Couple of assesments that were quite difficult. Very slow & late responses and feedback received from HR. After 1 month received feedbacka nd asked to apply for another role. Follow up respons again after 3-4 weeks

Interview
All interview process conducted in Japanese (10 minutes of English in the 2nd interview), a short internship at one of the factories learning about SCM and what a career in P&G Japan looks like.
They really want to know more about you and your experiences. Just be confident and sound that you really know what you did in your past experiences. The interview itself was pretty chill.
