The interview process was structured and thorough. It began with an online assessment focusing on logical reasoning and situational judgment, followed by a video interview with behavioral and case-based questions. The final round involved a panel interview where I presented a short brand strategy based on a prompt they sent beforehand. The process tested both analytical skills and creativity, while also focusing heavily on cultural fit.
