Candidates may have up to three interviews in the P&G recruitment process, all of which are mainly competency-based. The person or people conducting the interview may vary, but the final interview is usually with one or more senior managers from the relevant business area.
Although you may not be interviewed by the same person each time, it’s important to be consistent throughout the process and to maintain a professional demeanour at all times. It’s not rigidly formal, though; P&G says it wants candidates to try to relax, as the interview is more of a ‘structured conversation’ than a grilling.
