I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Procter & Gamble (Atlanta, GA)
Interview
I applied to the position a couple months ago , they send me this “assessment” yesterday. The assessment is the definition of a joke , it had nothing to do with a HR specialist position. I have a Bachelors and a Masters degree. I’ve been a HR generalist for a logistics start up growing the company from 3 people to 138 people and Proctor and Gamble thinks I wouldn’t be good for them because I didn’t accurately follow a dot on the screen of my computer. The company is a joke and I will never apply again, I’ll take it as a bullet dodged. I have years of experience and references Who will vouch for my ability to lead and excel. If this company think this silly assessment will tell them who is worthy to join their company they will always be hiring for the same position due to turnover. Shame.
