Online Application: Begin by submitting your resume and cover letter through P&G's careers website or other relevant platforms. Initial Screening: P&G may conduct an initial screening to review your application and ensure it meets their criteria. Online Assessment: Some candidates may be required to complete online assessments, which could include cognitive or behavioral assessments to evaluate your skills and compatibility with the company culture. Phone Interview: If you pass the initial screening and assessments, you may be invited for a phone interview. This interview might focus on your background, experiences, and motivations for applying to P&G. Assessment Center/On-Site Interview: Successful candidates from the phone interview stage may be invited to an assessment center or an on-site interview. This could include multiple interviews with different team members, case studies, and behavioral assessments. Final Interview: For some positions, there might be a final interview with higher-level managers or executives. This interview may delve deeper into your qualifications, experiences, and alignment with the company's values. Job Offer: If you successfully navigate the interview stages, you may receive a job offer. P&G typically provides detailed information about the job offer, including salary, benefits, and other relevant details. Onboarding: Once you accept the offer, you'll go through an onboarding process to familiarize yourself with the company and its policies.
