I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Procter & Gamble in Mar 2021
Interview
Interview with three people with the usual P&G interview format. They will rate you based on PEAK assessment (can google what it means). Usually involves things that you experienced and motivations. that way they can assess based on your experience what are your ratings. some interviewers might ask standard question, while other may ask more questions to assess more.
Good
They asked a lot of questions which were behavioral and personality based and was a through and through reflective process in which they gauge how the interviewee thinks and about their growth mindset
5 rounds of director-level interview with situation/scenario-based questions assessing PEAK factors. Final interview with departments head asking about stress coping methodologies. Overall good experience to understand the expectations of the leadership.
