      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Procter & Gamble in Jan 2011

      Interview

They take a while to respond, but once they do, everything is fairly straight forward. The first interview round consists of a phone interview. Mine was a behavioral interview with 6 questions, spanning over an hour total. The next step is an onsite interview. With R&D, each individual hiring manager looks at your resume and checks to see if you're a good fit. To get your resume to them though, you have to do the phone interview. If the interviewer finds that you're a good candidate, they put you in this pipeline for all the different hiring managers to review. After the phone interview, the request for you to go on site can take from weeks to 3 months.

      Question 1

Describe a time where you saw the success in an application and applied that technique to a different and novel situation.
