I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Procter & Gamble
Interview
After completing highly complex assessment tests, an interview was booked directly with team leader without ever going through a meeting with HR or anyone who would provide information about the company and job offer details. The interview itself was bizarre with little space to get to know my professional path + soft skills/behaviour annalysis or even technical capabilities. We went directly into requests of examples of projects/initiatives which led to process optimization and full details on how costs were reduced. More than 5 examples were requested and were all written down. When I requested more details about the recruitment process, the job itself, salary range etc, there was resistance. This person was not at all ready to interview a candidate properly.

Question 1
What initiatives/projects did you lead regarding process optimization and how did they reduce costs? Provide full details of these processes. (More than 5 examples were requested- notes were taken - looked as if the interviewer had to fill a form and needed a lot of examples in order to continue)
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Procter & Gamble (Bucharest, Bucuresti) in Oct 2021
Interview
There were three interviews in total, each being similar in the questions asked, as they followed a STAR formula, looking for situational questions and questions about one's own experience, lasting one hour each.
