Après avoir déposer son CV sur leur plateforme Harri, il y a quelques champs à compléter. Puis on est contacté via la plateforme Harri pour fixer un entretien téléphonique de 30 minutes en français et en anglais. Le 2nd entretien avec le responsable est en présentiel.

Kind Staff, small team of 20. Everything sounded good out loud until the offer is extended and it’s less than minimum wage, for a 40 minute commute. It was a bit lopsided

A HR screening call, a second interview with department managers, and one written test. According to the manager in the second interview, this was supposed to be the entire process, however a third meet-the-team interview and a second, longer written test were unexpectedly added because a decision couldn’t be made apparently. The entire interview process required days of preparation and unpaid work, slow communication from Radisson in between stages, and, the cherry on the cake, no email to tell me I had been unsuccessful. I had to email HR and got a generic copy/paste response. Extremely disrespectful and unprofessional.

2 stage process. First stage was with an internal recruiter, informal. Second stage was with the hiring manager and more formal. I had the first stage interview. 3 weeks and I haven't heard anything about the outcome of my interview. Unprofessional and disrespectful to take time out of my day to interview with me and ghost me. It only takes a few minutes to call/email candidates to say whether they've been successful or not. I do recall the recruiter saying they initially froze the job role so perhaps they've done it again. Either way, that was a red flag for me and I think I dodged a bullet. I also won't consider this company for a job again due to the level of contempt shown against me.

Easy but demand cleaning a room in 20 min. Vaccum, washing, changing linen... cleanind the whole bathroom with the ammenities.. they use double beds duvet which are vrøery very heavy
