30 minute interview with a very junior recruiter. I appears that for these roles, Rakuten descriminates against hiring Caucasians and also desciminates against hiring people older than the typical 28-30 year old MBA graduate. The recruiter had no business degree and apparently little knowledge of what goes into earning an MBA. Based on research on LinkedIn profiles, there are no Caucasian MBAs hired for this role. No feedback other than, "after careful consideration, we have decided to not continue with the interview process.
