Pros: ✅ Organized and timely communication throughout the process ✅ Fair technical questions related to the role ✅ Supportive and friendly recruiters who guided me along the way Cons: ❌ The offer wasn't the most competitive compared to other opportunities I was considering Rakuten has a solid interview process with a good balance of technical and behavioral evaluations. While I ultimately chose another opportunity, I appreciated the experience and would recommend the company to others exploring iOS roles.

interviewed with 2 interviewer. They asked about basic Swift questions. They wrote some codes and asked me to find wrong codes. Pretty simple and easy quiz. But one interviewer turned off his camera few times without any excuses.
