Applied via a recruiter, kind of weird because applied as software engineer and fullstack dev. Got a 120min Codility test in Algo, not a difficult test if you practice algo coding tests, about me, I'm a beginner in pure algo. I couldn't finish the test but they ask me for an interview anyway. Normal process = 3 interview ( 45min each ). At the first interview, 2 people asked me tech questions front & back, good atmosphere, I had something to say for every question, I was not confident on each but, no real blockers. I didn't even reached the second interview. They told me it was not enough beside of my background.
