Competence based interview talking about your experience in industry. From the outset I asked the recruiter - who is an employee of Red Hat - whether I would be informed at each stage of success OR failure and not left 'hanging out to dry'. Guess what - after 2 interviews and hours of preparation I was dropped - or at least I think I was - it's hard to say as nobody had the curtesy to email me or phone me. A simple courtesy - one that I asked for from the outset. Be warned. I read the other reviews on Glass Door that describe similar behaviour but didn't believe Red Hat (a large organisation) would behave like that.
