Offen, nett, wenig fachliche Fragen, mehr persönliche Fragen. Es wurde mehr darauf geachtet, dass man zum Team passt. Anschließend hat man in den weiteren Gesprächen weitere Manager kennengelernt. Man wird ein wenig im Dunkeln gelassen, ob das Gespräch nun tatsächlich gut war oder nicht.

Interview
The first round went well; they asked me to describe myself and explain my projects. And we discussed a lot about a certain technical component of one of my project and how i built it and how this looks like a transferable skill.

Tell me one difficult situation you faced and how you resolved it.
3 rounds of interviews was a lengthy process. Three separate different areas that had to happen in order to get the position and it was a contract opportunity. The interview was very nice.

There was an initial HR screening, then interview with the hiring manager. Still haven't heard back a yes or no, and its been ~2 months. Even after contacting HR rep.
