Very active during the initial screening process, but they are poor in following up after the screening, requires numerous following up on my own part to know what is going on.
Been to their interviews twice (different job openings, hunted by their own recruiters) and received no offers, huge disappointment to say.
My advice: trim down your list of potentials and only interview those you are very sure that you will hire (the experience you are looking for completely fits what your organisation are looking for)
Twice interviewed and no offers means this person is not what you are looking for and I will not be looking to join your organisation if a third invitation comes by to go through the same process again
