Very lengthy interview process (hr -> hm, panel, onsite). Upon your initial application, you are required to complete a "cognitive test," which, doesn't appear to be related to the job at all. The interviews are granted exclusively to those who achieve a score exceeding 90 according to HR. The first interview was with a member of the HR team, who failed to show up promptly and only contacted me 20 minutes later. However, it is worth noting that she managed to put me at ease during the conversation, which was the sole positive aspect of the entire interview process, despite her tardiness. The second stage of the interview involves meeting with the hiring manager, who posed language-specific questions related to three different programming languages: JavaScript, Java, and Python. This was somewhat challenging to me, given that the job posting specifies a requirement of "knowledge of A general-purpose programming language." Subsequently, I was given a take-home assignment, though it appears that it may not have been thoroughly assessed due to the underwhelming experience during the second interview. It is evident that the company is seeking individuals with years of experience, even though the job description initially suggests an "entry-level" position.
