Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the coordination of development activities to ensure timely delivery of application components.
• Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
• Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to align project objectives.
• Continuously evaluate and improve application design and implementation practices to enhance quality and efficiency.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of data pipeline development and data integration techniques.
• Experience with database management systems and data warehousing solutions.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and distributed computing frameworks.
• Ability to optimize data workflows for performance and scalability.
• Competence in scripting and automation to support data processing tasks.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Data Engineering.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
