It was quite well structured and managed, nothing surprising. First recruitment person, then team manager. Atmosphere was friend and relaxed, well above average compared to many others. Good experience in total.

Many interviews with different people and a panel at the end , with a business case and to show knowledge of managing a sales team as a front line sales leader

Panel with future manager, peers and content experts. One hour to talk about yourself and the sector you will be covering. Plenty of challenging questions but very positive attitude from everyone
