The whole process was professional and well structured. The interview process was run by the hiring manager and all interviews were one on one. Where the interviewers weren't local they opted for a video conference to ensure they can see you face to face. Questions were generally about how you would like to work in their environment. They tend to give you questions that are current challenges they are facing to see how you'll solve them.
