I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Salesforce (Chicago, IL) in Mar 2018
Interview
The process included a phone screen, a call with the hiring manager, a panel interview to walk through my resume chronologically, and a final presentation. All of the employees I met with were extremely thoughtful and asked great questions. They look for you to reflect on strengths, weaknesses and what you consider to be an ideal culture. HR was very helpful along the way and the provide clear communication as you progress.

Question 1
Walk us through a sales opportunity you lost, what did you learn?
Recruiter missed multiple interviews only to tell me they have no positions only.
6 months later I receive an interview invite with pay $20k lower than originally discussed
Manager arrives late to the interview then cuts the time early. Company seems disorganized and difficult to take seriously as a so called leader in SaaS.

Apply via Workday, initial recruiter screening via phone call, 1:1 manager interview and introduction, then panel presentation with role play. You'll need to build and present a deck in the final stages.

Question 1
Walk me through a deal example and how you won the opportunity.
pretty easy interview. Had to do a case. It felt like it was just a formality and they put me up to it to fit into their standard processes. Not the best experience but it is what it is
