Interview
I was interviewed by 3 people. All of them were head of different departments. Overall the atmosphere was welcoming. They described how company works, what each department is doing and how they are connected. This helped a lot to break the ice, but obviously they are interested only in individuals who exactly know what they want to do in this company and how to do that and know a lot about the working process already. As a freshman with no experience in sales, it was confusing to me. And i wasn't a good match for this job.

They will ask about basic questions upon a resume. How strong are you in difficult situations? How do you deal with the team and General Knowledge questions? How did you hear about us? What is your ambition?
