Interview
I was interviewed for a different role but was hired as a Principal Engineer. The process was very smooth. I worked with an awesome recruiter who worked with my times as I was traveling.
For the initial role, there were about 6 rounds of interview. SalesForce used that feedback and eventually hired me for a different role.
The interview difficulty is really based on the level you are being hired for.

The recruiter Caroline Kingray was awesome. She was very responsive and guiding me through out the process. All the interviewers were very friendly and respectful through out the interview. Best Interview Experience so far.

1) Recruiter round to check my background and then she had me talking to the hiring manager
2)Hacker rank problem - 2 problems - 1hr
3) Onsite - 6 interviewers talking to me on these areas:
Customer advocacy, Salesforce Culture (Focus more on Diversity and Inclusion), End to End Architecture and my experience , Tools and Infrastructure architecture, One Program to solve in whiteboard, QA Concepts, Overall experience check.

Todas las etapas fueron excelentemente gestionadas y muy claras, y siempre se notó el interés de transmitir que Salesforce es una excelente compañía, además de tener un trato cordial y estar atentos acualquier inquietud. El proceso incluyó un exámen técnico remoto (Hacker Rank) una entrevista presencial con recursos humanos, un exámen práctico presencial (whiteboard) y un exámen técnico presencial adicional (coding) para complementar el whiteboard y terminar de validad mis aptitudes técnicas. Además tuve entrevistas con los managers del equipo al que me integraría en caso de ser contratado, y quedó muy claro que todas estas etapas son importantes y son tenidas en cuenta. El profesionalismo que se ve en la ejecución del proceso hace que alguien con experiencia lo valore especialmente.

Me sorprendió para bien el interés de los managers por conocer cómo trabajé en mis anteriores posiciones, además de hacerme preguntas que apuntaban a validar mi forma de trabajar en equipo. Ejemplo de pregunta: ¿Cómo sumarías a un nuevo integrante al equipo para que logre integrarse de la mejor manera?
