      Operations Manager Interview

      5 Nov 2019
      Anonymous employee
      San Francisco, CA
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Salesforce (San Francisco, CA) in Oct 2019

      Interview

Interview process was long but very thorough and informative. They are very transparent and open about what the role is and what the team is like. I had three phone interviews before flying to San Francisco for a half day panel interview. It was about a week apart between interviews. Lots of peer interviews and one with the VP. They were very conscious about my time and what worked for me - thought it was great that they were accommodating. Tough panel interviews but no “gotcha” questions.
