El proceso consistió de siete pasos: seis entrevistas y una presentación final de una Demo en vivo, en donde me evaluaron la manera de presentar, habilidades funcionales y técnicas.
Las entrevsitas fueron uno a uno, todas por teléfono o Webex y la Demo fue para una audiencia de cinco evaluadores.
2 interviews one with HR, one with manager and then panel interview.
Then salary discussion and then a very excellent onboarding trajectory. Last step when you get hired is a full background check.
