What an incredible recruitment process working with Claire and Matt who made this experience so seamless. Their enthusiasm and commitment to making candidates feel warm and welcome and supportive throughout each interview process made it feel as they were rooting for you the whole time. They continuously followed up to make sure you were feeling comfortable and to address all your questions in a very timely manner. My initial interview was with Claire and then followed by an interview with the Director of the department and then 5 other members of the team. I was a tad nervous having so many interviews but on the bright hand side it was reassuring to meet other member of the team and get a better feel of my fit.
