The application process took about 2+ months having plenty Hangout meetings or phone calls due to the Covid19 situation. Overall very good interview experiences. Very professional interview sessions were organized. The interviewers were very friendly allowing us to have relaxed discussions.

This was the second time i went through the proces and I have to say, this is a very inefficiënt proces. The first round is a first check by the recruiter. The second and third round was a consulting interview and the fourth round is the panel interview. Oh yeah and if your lucky you would also have a fifth round.. it took about 1,5 month. What i don’t like about the proces, is the inconsistency, and no transparancy. E.g. If they would like you to succeed in the proces, they will assign you someone from the team who would walk you through the expectations of the panel interview. In my case it didn’t happen. Even after a request by mail. “ no answer” from the hiring manager or recruiter and no explanation why in my case it was not possible. If you have a good round you will have a immediately a call back from the recruiter. If you have a bad round, they will threat you like garbage (You will hear nothing anymore) Not living up to the values they pretend to maintain.
