      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Salesforce (Dallas, TX) in Jun 2020

      Interview

Multi stage team interviews with presentation at end. Everyone I spoke with loved their jobs and the company. They all had a passion for the product and i really found that culture to be the most exciting aspect about the entire process. I can't await to get started.

      Senior Business Architect Interview

      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Salesforce (New York, NY) in Aug 2019

      Interview

All of my interviews were virtual which was great given I wasn't near a Salesforce office at the time. I applied for a Senior Business Architect role and received an email from the recruiter within a few days of submitting my application. I had the initial phone screen with my recruiter the following day which was for her to get a better understanding of my background and determine if I was a good fit for the role to move forward in the interview process. Shortly after we hung up, my next interview was scheduled for the following day with a current Business Architect. Introductions were given and then the interview was more conversational than Q&A. It was very fluid and even though I was being asked interview questions, the residual conversation flowed organically without awkward pauses. I was also given the opportunity to ask my own questions about the role, expectations, growth opportunity within Salesforce, etc. Within a few hours of finishing the interview, my recruiter contacted me inviting me for a panel interview where I was to present a Business Challenge and the solution I designed to overcome the challenges and meet the business needs. When we spoke, she gave me some prep information and pointers on how to be successful then emailed me the details of the presentation I needed to prepare, what to consider and the key components I needed to cover during my presentation. After brief introductions, I started the presentation. They asked questions throughout which was fine and some of the questions were aimed to throw me off which was to be expected. They were acting as C-level clients and wanted to understand my ability to engage and communicate at that level. Within a few hours my recruiter contacted me with a preemptive offer. The following day, I received the final offer and accepted. Overall, a very positive experience! My recruiter was fantastic and I am looking forward to my career with Salesforce!
