Interview
During the interview process, the panel was switching off the camera frequently. It was also observed that the longer-serving employees are only familiar with Salesforce and lack understanding of other methodologies. It is recommended to hire a fresh mindset towards Salesforce as many companies refrain from hiring Salesforce employees for various reasons.
The application was straightforward 3 steps in total one with the recuirter, HM interview and a panel. The panel was quite challenging. I felt like i walked into a cold room immediately.
