I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Salesforce (Atlanta, GA) in Mar 2024
Interview
This SMB Account Executive interview process was seamless. My recruiter was communicative and ON IT. I applied via referral, a screening recruiter reached out, passed me along to a job recruiter, I then had 3x first round interviews. The first round interviews were conversational and I actually enjoyed the time to chat with the hiring managers.
I was passed to the final round presentation panel. I was given a little under a week to prepare for the presentation. It was a challenge but quite rewarding to go through.
Recruiter missed multiple interviews only to tell me they have no positions only.
6 months later I receive an interview invite with pay $20k lower than originally discussed
Manager arrives late to the interview then cuts the time early. Company seems disorganized and difficult to take seriously as a so called leader in SaaS.

Apply via Workday, initial recruiter screening via phone call, 1:1 manager interview and introduction, then panel presentation with role play. You'll need to build and present a deck in the final stages.

Question 1
Walk me through a deal example and how you won the opportunity.
pretty easy interview. Had to do a case. It felt like it was just a formality and they put me up to it to fit into their standard processes. Not the best experience but it is what it is
