I was contacted by the recruiter via email the day I applied. A week later, I spoke with the recruiter. A week after speaking with the recruiter, I was told the hiring manager had included me with a few others to move forward in the interview process (in consideration). After following up with the recruiter twice within three weeks, I was told I wasn’t moving forward. What sense does it make to tell a candidate they are moving forward than say they are not?! Don’t let these large companies fool you, they do not care about the candidate’s experience. It is the last thing on their mind. No empathy at all.
