Applied when the job went public, searched for recruiters online and happened to find a few who pointed me in the right direction to the main recruiter taking care of this specific job post. Recruiter reaches out and schedules a first interview (went well and guided me on the next steps) while promising me they would follow up with feedback. I reached out the week after, and the recruiter apologizes stating they still need to discuss with the hiring manager. I follow up again a week after and radio silence. I expected better from a company that claims to put the needs of their customers front and foremost. I am also technically an end user of their product in my daily job and happened to apply to them because I believed in what they stood for. If this is how they treat candidates who have a genuine interest in the company, it says a lot about how they treat their own workforce. The selection process left a really bad taste in my mouth and it showed how unprofessional they are towards applicants. I will never apply to them again.
hard and delayed interview process multiplee steps had four intervieww with members at different departments then a presentation round to a panel on a live situation. Had several cancellations and reschedules and transferred to diff depts as the role changed mid process
3 series of interviews. First HR, then a bring manager then a panel interview.
It's quite nice but you need to prepare yourself. The Salesforce team is very helpful and help you a lot during the process.
