I felt constantly supported by the recruiter throughout the process, who providing clear and concise instructions for clarity around the interview's expectations. In addition, the Hiring Team was extremely knowledgeable of the ways to succeed within the role and organization, giving me the proper understanding of what it takes to develop my career at Salesforce.

Recruiter missed multiple interviews only to tell me they have no positions only.
6 months later I receive an interview invite with pay $20k lower than originally discussed
Manager arrives late to the interview then cuts the time early. Company seems disorganized and difficult to take seriously as a so called leader in SaaS.

Apply via Workday, initial recruiter screening via phone call, 1:1 manager interview and introduction, then panel presentation with role play. You'll need to build and present a deck in the final stages.

pretty easy interview. Had to do a case. It felt like it was just a formality and they put me up to it to fit into their standard processes. Not the best experience but it is what it is
