      Business Development Representative Interview

      19 Mar 2025
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Dublin, Dublin
      No offer
      Neutral experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I interviewed at Salesforce (Dublin, Dublin)

      Interview

The interview process is structured and is not very different from other BDR interviews. Salesforce looks like a great employer and it probably is. However, providing feedback/follow-ups after the interview is something they are not keen on.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

Why do you like to work as a BDR?

      Interview

Very quick and straightforward interview process. Two calls with recruiters, followed by a panel interview with hiring managers. Very welcomed in this age of 5 or 6 round interviews that drag out for weeks.

What is your understanding of the BDR role, and why do you want to join the BDR team?

      Business Development Rep Interview

      31 Aug 2022
      Anonymous interview candidate
      New York, NY
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Salesforce (New York, NY) in Aug 2021

      Interview

Straight Forward. The dissection was thorough. The interviewers seemed to care less about my proven track record and wanted me to be someone who desperately wanted to work at Salesforce. I'm all for company pride but their expectations seemed a bit culty

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

They wanted to understand why I wanted to work at Salesforce more than anything. My qualifications were less relevant and more weight was put on if I was excited about Salesforce or not
