It took a long time to hear back for first round, 1 month maybe: Then the first interview (after phone screening) took another few weeks and was general questions. Felt like the screener and interviewer didn’t connect at all

I had several initial conversations with the Human Resources gatekeepers that were all are flawless. Leads to no second interview with their multi step interview process. Would rather talk with AI bot instead.
