Salesforce Program Lead interview questions

From the application to the recruiter reaching out and setting up the 1st round with the hiring manager, that was impressively quick. I talked with the HM before the recruiter which I found a bit odd. I felt the interview went really well and I clicked with the HM. The day after I should have talked to the recruiter but I was told despite being a great cultural fit, good personality and experience, they felt some of my answers were not detailed. I have interviewed people for many years and when I feel someone has potential, I ask follow up questions to give the chance to elaborate more, no feedback on me as a talent or actual professional gaps. Also, I was told another candidate was selected (in less than 24 hours!) so I suppose my interview was really just checking the box, despite spending lots of time preparing.
