Applied on their website. Got a 90 minute coding test which had a couple challenges. Then I got a second email for a coding challenge but the recruiter said it was a mistake as they didn’t realize I completed the challenge. Then I had an introduction call with the recruiter and she almost forgot that I took the test, but I was scheduled for a technical call. He asked standard front end questions so if you are exposed to front end development you should be fine. I then had a call with a manager who ask behavior questions. A couple weeks later I had another manager call with behavioral questions. After that I got a rejection email because they were getting acquired by Salesforce which was a shock because I already had a couple rounds. However I got a call from the recruiter apologizing about that and that given the good feedback they want to continue the process. So I had an interview with another engineer which basically allowed me to ask questions about the position. Despite this the recruiter waved the Covid card regarding why I wasn’t hired. It’s unfortunate that although I was told I got positive feedback, it doesn’t mean anything if an offer doesn’t materialize...I even asked a couple months later if I could be considered and she said it was possible but I never heard back

Interview
Had a video technical interview, where the panel had turned off the camera, but expected me to turn it on. Very unprofessional panelists. One of the panelist joined 15-20 mins after the other and repeated the same set of questions. For one question, both panelists were contradicting each other. When I stated this to HR, she started giving lame excuses like panelist’s must be facing network issues. Very happy that I didn’t end up in such a company.
