I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Slalom (Atlanta, GA) in Aug 2017

Interview

Face-to-face for 3 days of interviewing (~2 hours / day). I began interviewing on Monday and received an offer by Friday. Very friendly interviews! The interviews were primarily behavioral with on case interview (specific to organizational effectiveness). Approach this interview as a conversation!

Straightforward. Engaging. Transparent. From the initial email and phone screen to the offer, the end-to-end process was straightforward and transparent. Talent Analyst was plugged in and knowledgeable. Interviewers were awesome and it was easy to connect and have a conversation.

Interview

The process was comfortable- it was a mutually enjoyable conversation where people shared their experience with me and sought to get to know who I was. We spoke about my background, skills, and experience, but they were more interested in who I was, because that can't be gleaned from a resume. Classy place with a classy process.
