I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Slalom (Portland, OR) in Mar 2019
Interview
The interview process was very efficient and enjoyable. I talked to multiple people, and it felt more like conversations than a one sided interview. It was nice to be able to go to the office and get a feel for the vibe of the office.

Thanks for the feedback! Though an interview process, we do want it to feel conversational, and give you a vibe for the people, culture, and office - happy to read this was the case for you!
First round is a phone screen with HR with general questions about fit and motivation, second round is a case interview, then final round with a senior consultant which is more conversational

Interview
The interview was very personal based the first time. I went through 3 interviews, 1 being a case study. Everyone was very friendly and offered great advice. The process took place online and in person. The recruiter that helped me though the process was very supportive and offered a lot of help on getting through the interviews.

From a few years ago - a typical interview process for intern level. First, a screening call then a panel interview on behaviorals and company values. Friendly and good experience overall.
