4 step interview process, which includes, HR screening, peer to peer interview with potential colleague, senior manager outside of the department you are applying for, and finally a senior manager from within the department you are applying for.

Describe a time when you went through the full resolution process of problem from problem identification through solution implementation.
Recruiter screening focused on background and fit, followed by a hiring manager interview assessing technical and consulting skills, and a final director round evaluating strategic thinking, communication, and overall alignment.

Interview
Initial HR interview then interview with hiring manager and then never heard again from the company. Reached out multiple times for follow up on whether moving forward or not, and never got a response. Job posting still on.
5 or 6 rounds, including a technical screening panel interview. Role-based questions and specific scenarios. Met with various practice leaders and engagement leads. The whole process took about 6 weeks.
