I had four rounds of interviews (first call with HR, second with director, third and fourth with principal consultants on the team) over two months. All of them were behavioral sprinkled with some questions on technical stuff. Everyone I talked to was very kind and genuine.

Recruiter screening focused on background and fit, followed by a hiring manager interview assessing technical and consulting skills, and a final director round evaluating strategic thinking, communication, and overall alignment.

Interview
Initial HR interview then interview with hiring manager and then never heard again from the company. Reached out multiple times for follow up on whether moving forward or not, and never got a response. Job posting still on.
5 or 6 rounds, including a technical screening panel interview. Role-based questions and specific scenarios. Met with various practice leaders and engagement leads. The whole process took about 6 weeks.
