Interview
It was very straightforward. Started with a phone interview and then they flew me to Dallas for an in person interview. The people department is very courteous and helpful. The interviewers were very nice which helped me interview better. About 3-5 days after the interview, I received an offer from Southwest.
It was a one way interview software was rlly buggy and syas you can redo the videos if you mess up but you cant :(. All behavioural basic like why southwest, why this position specifically, how does your experience, course work and involvemnet align with this position, a time you had conflict.
Lots of STAR style questions that pertain to past experiences. The interview was primarily conversation based, and not intimidating at all, would definitely recommend in any department, even if nervous.
It was quick and easy. This was the first round and more of a screening to make sure I met the same requirements that were mentioned on the application. They only asked 3 behavioral questions.
